You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order.
The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 14 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the start your returns Page. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 5-10 working days.
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE or marked down 50-70% off (Or Special Offers Included) cannot be returned.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.
All sale items are not returnable (for exchange or refund).
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?Login with your email and order number or account information to make an exchange. You must first return your item for approval. Follow the steps to initiate your return.
Once you have your information from your return packaging. Print out your Kois Kloset return number or write number on a paper and attach to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, we recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized. Please either print this page or write the return number on a paper with the merchandise being returned.
Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return I.D. number will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
Any package postmarked after the first 14 days following delivery will not be issued store credit. Customers will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address.NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is the customers responsibility to return all authorized items within 14 days of the RMA issue date.
OUR RETURNS POLICYThe items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.
All returns must be shipped within 14 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only issue store credit/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.
Sale items: are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

We ship all over the world, most countries are free shipping however there are some exclusions.
US Orders:
