You can exchange most items or receive a store credit within 10 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the sale page
- Items marked down to 50% off or more
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- No refunds. Exchange/Store credit only within 10 business days.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to denial and sent back to you.
CAN I GET A CASH REFUND?
- For all returns, we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
- Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE or marked down 50-70% off (Or Special Offers Included) cannot be returned.
ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES?
- Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will be responsible for the return cost.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
- All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy listed above. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy above may be subject to denial.
- At this time, online exchanges are only available for orders paid with credit or debit.
- Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size. Please email customer service for assistance with exchanges for different colors or styles, or if the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable.
- Online exchanges are available one time per item.
- Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the continental US.
- No returns/exchanges or online credits are available for FINAL SALE items.
- Online exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from the delivery of the item.
WHAT WOULD CAUSE MY EXCHANGE ITEM TO BE DENIED?
- Items marked down 50-70% off (Or Special Offers Included)
- Bodysuits, Sale items, Handbags, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains.
- Beauty & Wellness products that have been used and/or returned with a broken seal and/or without their original packaging
- Handbags & Purses that are sold with a dust bag and are returned without their dust bag.
- Damage to the original shoe box or returning shoes without their original shoe box.
- Items sold as sets not returned as a set.
- Final Sale items.
- Returns postmarked more than 10 business days following delivery.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO MAKE A EXCHANGE?
- You have 10 business days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

- You can exchange most items or receive a store credit within 10 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
- Login HERE with your email and order number or account information to make an exchange. You must first return your item for approval. Follow the steps to initiate your return.
- Once you have your information from your return packaging. Print out your Kois Kloset return number or write the number on paper and attach it to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, we recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

(3) Click Return Items
(4) Click on the order and items that you are requesting for exchange
(5) Follow the Instructions for Exchange
You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized. Please either print this page or write the return number on paper with the merchandise being returned.
Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return I.D. number will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
Any package postmarked after the first 10 business days following delivery will not be issued store credit. Customers will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is the customer's responsibility to return all authorized items within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
- Once we have received your return please allow 5 to10 business days for your store credit to be issued. Once your Store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your store credit amounts. We won't leave you hanging!
AFTERPAY RETURNS
- Orders placed using AfterPay are only eligible for a store credit. AfterPay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your AfterPay balance is paid in full.
GIFT CERTIFICATES / STORE CREDIT
- We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed).
- Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates turn that order into a final sale.
RESTOCKING FEE
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify their shipping address, any packages returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a $7.99 restocking fee plus shipping charges is applies.
SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS
- Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
- We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
- We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
RETURN TO SENDER
- Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $7.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned.
ABANDONED RETURNS
- If an item is returned after 10 business days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.
SHIPPING TIPS
- We recommend using USPS's flat rate shipping service for the best price and turnaround delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Kois Kloset will not be able to fulfill your return.

- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities
